A CAR finance company has moved on to UK Land Estates's Princes Park development at Team Valley, in Gateshead.
The former Silverscreen premises, in Kingsway, has been let to Yes Car Credit, which operates 14 branches in England and Scotland.The acquisition of the property is part of Phase Two of the Princes Park development, bringing its total area to more than 300,000 sq ft.
The new premises comprises more than 24,000sq ft of factory and office space, which will provide call centre, administrative, branch and depot holding facilities. It will employ more than 30.
UK Land Estates spokes-man Gary Hudson said: "We are delighted to welcome Yes Car Credit as a new tenant to our Princes Park development."
Units of 10,090 sq ft and 11,770 sq ft are still available
