POPULAR Paul Mann enjoyed talking to people whether they were friends or complete strangers.
Now, almost two years after Mr Mann's drugs-related death, the people of South Bank, near Middlesbrough, have come up with a fitting memorial to the 28-year-old - a decorative bench made in galvanised steel.
The seat with its unusual design of roses and horses was unveiled yesterday on the town's Millennium Green, near the spot where Mr Mann collapsed.
