Spennymoor Boxing Academy are looking forward to their annual boxing dinner which precedes a trip across the Atlantic to take on a world-renowned Chicago boxing club.
The successful club will box in the USA against the Chicago Golden Gloves team but first Spennymoor must take on a team of Welsh fighters who travel North for the dinner next month.
On Friday, November 9, Spennymoor take on a Welsh select on a night of International Boxing at the Spennymoor Leisure Centre.
Some of Wales' finest boxers are lined up to take on Spennymoor over 12 bouts where, as usual, pre-fight entertainment and a four course meal are promised while a 500 seat sell-out is once again expected.
The Chicago Golden Gloves team will make a return visit next April.
