NATIONAL chartered surveyor and property consultant Gerald Eve is celebrating three years on Tyneside, having carved out a fair slice of the North-East property market.
The Newcastle office covers Teesside to the Scottish Borders. The business is best known for its consultancy work, with particular strengths in rating and valuation.
Its national client list includes Marks and Spencer, CWS, Somerfield, Halifax plc, Consignia, Tarmac and Malmaison Hotels.
Partner in charge of the Newcastle office, David Johnson, said: "We have been fortunate in being able to win significant new clients for the business on the back of the Gerald Eve brand, such as One Northeast, Ultimate Leisure, Olnato and Mandale Properties.
"The Newcastle office established a rating team during 2000 and now services virtually all Gerald Eve's rating caseload in the region.
