THE work of local artists is on display at the Billingham Arts Centre until the end of January.
The Cleveland Art Society is holding its annual exhibition, with works of art ranging from botanical studies and landscapes to portraits and prints.
Art fans seeking unique Christmas presents are being urged to visit the exhibition. Many of the works are for sale, with prices starting at £35. Muriel King, Museums Officer for Stockton Borough Council, said: "We're always glad to welcome our friends from Cleveland Art Society to Billingham and I know that visitors will be in for a real Christmas treat."
Billingham Art Gallery is open Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 5pm. It is closed from Christmas Day to New Year's Day
