FIREfighters cut a woman motorist from her car after it overturned on a busy road in Darlington yesterday.
The car landed on its roof at the junction of Thompson Street and North Road after being involved in a collision with another vehicle at 3.40pm.
Two fire crews from Darlington attended the scene, with police and an ambulance.
After being freed from her car, the woman, who has not been named, was taken to Darlington Memorial Hospital where she received treatment for minor injuries.
The driver of the other car involved in the accident did not require hospital treatment.
