WE have many visits to school. We welcome visitors who teach us so much.
In June, it was Food Safety Week. Mr Carter, of Sedgefield Borough Council, came to teach us about care with food. He taught us how to wash our hands correctly.
The Durham County String Quartet came to school to teach us about stringed instruments. There were two violins, a viola and a cello.
Phillip Spellacy, puppeteer, came to school. He did a show of Jack and the Beanstalk, then spent the rest of the day making puppets with year two.
Jet and Ben, the labradors, came to school to teach us to say No To Strangers.
Our school police liaison officer, Darren Cresswell, teaches us to take care and to be safe at all times
