STAFF and students at the University of Durham, Stockton Campus have raised £1,000 for the Butterwick Hospice.
Louise McCathie and Lee Bane, both from John Snow College at the Campus, sold raffle tickets at the Christmas staff party.
Students from the college have continued fundraising by selling key rings, holding social events and donating the proceeds from the Epiphany Term formal dinner, which will be held tonight.
A cheque will be presented to the Hospice during the dinner
