SHOPPERS will be tucking into an unusual treat today, as Britain does its bit to celebrate American Independence Day.
Morrisons' stores across the region have combined two classics from across the Atlantic - and created the bubblegum doughnut. Stores throughout the North-East and North Yorkshire will be selling the novelty cakes for a limited period.
