A CAR dealership is providing a scholarship for 11-year-old Kate Sayer to attend a private school in Darlington.
Kate, who is a pupil at Mowden Junior School in the town, will start at the private Polam Hall Girls' School in September.
The Simon Bailes Scholarship is sponsored by Simon Bailes Peugeot and is available to girls entering the school in year seven.
Kate is the third girl to take up the scholarship, which will be awarded to five girls over a nine year period.
It is given to a girl who has shown academic excellence in her examinations.
