A NURSERY established just seven years ago has expanded and doubled in size.
Bright Beginnings, set in the grounds of Bedale High School, was set up by Sara Robinson in 1996 with space for 20 children.
Now, with the addition of a fully equipped portable building, the nursery is widening its horizons and can take 40 youngsters, from babies up to five-year-olds.
"We are a bit hidden away here and we try to be really homely rather than like a school," said Sara.
She also plans to use the extra space to set up an out-of-school club and a holiday club for the youngsters
