MORE than 100 dogs and their owners are expected to take part in a fundraising event to raise money for North-East organisations.
The Great North Dog Walk has been organised by Barnard Castle Dog Training Club and will take place in the grounds of Raby Castle, near Staindrop, County Durham, on Sunday, February 15.
The event has been organised to raise funds for the Teesdale and Weardale Search and Rescue Team, Border Collie Rescue, in Richmond, North Yorkshire, and Barnard Castle Dog Training Club's Barney Bullets flyball team.
