FREE energy-saving light bulbs are being offered to people in Stockton borough who receive qualifying benefits.
The scheme is a partnership between Stockton Borough Council and npower.
To qualify, people must provide evidence that they are in receipt of one of the following benefits: Council Tax; Housing Benefit; Income Support; Jobseekers' Allowance; Working Families' Tax Credit; Disabled Persons' Tax Credit; Attendance Allowance; Dis- ability Living Allowance; Industrial Injuries Disablement Pension or War Disablement Pension.
The bulbs are available from the Environment Centre, West Row, Stockton, or by calling (01642) 391186.
