EXPERTS will be touring north Durham next week to give residents free tax advice.
The Inland Revenue team from Sunderland will visit Chester-le-Street, Stanley and Consett to offer free help with tax and National Insurance queries.
The team can also advise on Tax Credits, Self Assessment and PAYE and there will be a range of information leaflets available.
Cath Joyce, customer service manager, said: "We realise some people may have difficulty in visiting their own Inland Revenue office so we are delighted to be able to take our service out to them.
The team visits JobCentres in Stanley on Thursday, February 6, 10am-1pm and Consett on Friday, February 7, 10am-1pm.
The last visit will be at Chester-le-Street Job Centre on Tuesday, February 11, 10am-1pm.
