CHILDREN and parents visiting an art gallery at the weekend saw representations of the weather.
To tie in with the Mercer Art Gallery's Whatever the Weather exhibition, visitors tried their hand at a number of artistic techniques to represent changing weather conditions.
The Harrogate gallery was full of youngsters and adults creating everything from pictures of strong, blustery winds to weather charts and spring flowers.
The event, which encouraged children to study the paintings on display, was supported by Harrogate Decorative and Fine Arts Group.
