A COUNCIL is working with a talking newspaper service to make sure its newsletter reaches everybody.
Hambleton District Council's newspaper, the Hambleton News, has been recorded on cassette by the Richmond and Dales Talking Newspaper for the Blind Association.
It will be distributed to everyone on the association's mailing list, as well as through local libraries and district council offices.
