The Jackson Anderson Accountants Spennymoor Sunday League joined the 21st Century this week when they launched their new official website.

Their new site contains just about everything there is to know about the league - with more than 20 pages giving a thorough insight.

Members of the league and football fans everywhere will now be able to catch up on everything that's new within the league - as well as browse the extensive honours and results archives.

"We felt it was the next step for our league," said League Secretary Mike Hill. "We have built an excellent reputation as one of the best local leagues in the North-East and we felt that by building on that, as well as our continued work behind the scenes, launching our own site on the Web was the next, natural progression in our development.

"The growth and success of the league continues to grow, year-on-year, and we hope our members agree that our site will only help us carry on improving and moving forward."

It is hoped that the next stage of the website in the future will be to add club links, where members will be able to manage their own pages.

Included in the site is the following:

NEWS: The league's weekly bulletin is featured here every week, with up-to-date tables. Also use the site's archive system to view past reports.

OFFICIALS: A list of the league's committee members - putting names to faces - and contact details.

RESULTS: Up-to-date league and results tables for the 2003-04 season.
