SIXTH form students are being offered the chance to enrich their lives with a new course.
Stockton Sixth Form College principal Martin Clinton has introduced The Enrichment Programme to help develop interests outside academic courses.
Students are offered a range of activities, including badminton, aerobics, dancing, jogging, yoga, hockey, netball, rugby, bridge, chess, music, drama, computing and art.
Mr Clinton said: "A college should not just be somewhere you come to get qualifications but should also be a place where you can enjoy yourself and develop interests and skills that can be continued for life.
"The Enrichment Programme is proving a huge success and interest in the various activities on offer is growing all the time. I believe that if we give young people the opportunity for all-round development they will have much to offer as responsible and mature citizens."
He added: "There is no doubt in my mind that students who have developed into fully rounded individuals with a whole range of interests have the edge when competing for jobs."
