POLICE are growing concerned for the safety of Gary Dixon, 30.
He has been missing from his home in Grindon, Sunderland, since Monday.
Mr Dixon was last seen in Chester Road Broadway on his way to Penshaw.
His family are worried as it is unusual for him not to contact anyone.
Mr Dixon is described as 6ft 2in, of thin build, with long brown hair. He was wearing glasses, and a black hooded Sunderland Football Club jacket.
