A MAN who suffered serious eye injuries in a fight on Sunday night was still being treated in hospital yesterday.
The fight broke out among five men in the Montpelier car park in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, shortly after midnight.
One man suffered serious injuries to his right eye and was taken to Harrogate District Hospital, where his condition was last night described as comfortable.
Three men were arrested on suspicion of assault and were released on bail until Friday.
Police want to speak to anyone who saw the incident, which involved four white men and one black man. Three of them, including the black man, spoke with an American accent.
