CONTROVERSIAL flight paths for trainee RAF pilots will again come under the spotlight next week.
RAF Linton-on-Ouse provides basic training to pilots in Tucano aircraft. They used to fly circuits to the north, north-west and south-west of the base.
Last year, flights were directed over a wider range and that trial is to finish next month. It has caused anger among some residents who are now being over flown.
People living in Linton, Newton-on-Ouse and Tollerton have formed a campaign group to ask Hambleton District Council to rethink the flight patterns.
On Tuesday the council's cabinet will discuss the issue, before making their recommendations to the RAF.
