JURORS in a rape trial were shown explicit footage of the alleged victim yesterday.
John Gibson, 41, is accused of forcing a woman to have sex with him by saying he would distribute naked pictures of her and kill her and her family if she refused.
The jury at Newcastle Crown Court has been shown one video which the prosecution says shows one of the rapes in progress.
The alleged victim told the court how she has no recollection of two other clips being filmed. Gibson, of Oak Crescent, Whitburn, Sunderland, is accused of backing up the threat by showing her weapons.
Gibson denies ten charges of rape between October 2003 and February last year. He also denies a charge of harrassment.
The trial continues.
