TEESSIDE'S largest social housing landlord has altered its opening times in response to feedback from residents.
Coast and Country Housing will now be open later on Thursdays and all offices will close on Wednesday mornings to allow for staff development.
Workers at the housing association are to be given additional training days to better equip them to deal with residents' queries.
The opening hours are: Redcar office and Grangetown office, from 9am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9am to 6pm on Thursdays and noon to 4pm on Wednesdays.
Spencerbeck area office and East Cleveland area office, 10am to 4pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 10am to 6pm Thursday and noon to 4pm on Wednesdays.
The EMB office will be open from 9am to noon on Monday and Friday and 1pm to 4pm on Wednesdays.
Coast and Country Housing owns and manages 11,200 residential properties in the Tees Valley.
