A LEFT-WING group is meeting in the North-East in response to the British National Party (BNP) gaining two seats in last week’s European Elections.
Unite Against Fascism (UAF) is part of a national organisation formed by trade unionists, anti-fascist action groups and individuals opposed to right wing activity.
It has campaigned against the BNP during the European elections.
The meeting is being held at tonight at 9pm in the Royal Station Hotel, in Newcastle.
