It's been years in the making - and today, the doors will finally open to Miller and Carter's new restaurant on Teesside.
Steak lovers will be welcomed into the chain's latest venue on the Grey Towers estate in Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough, later today (Friday, September 20).
The opening follows years of anticipation, with parent company Mitchells and Butlers wanting to open on the new-build estate since as early as 2014.
Now, Miller and Carter has provided a first look inside the plush new venue, which features stunning decor, black panelling, red booth seating, and shiny new cutlery and glassware.
It also features hanging lighting fixtures, exposed brickwork, and panelled roofing - as well as an outdoor patio area with string lights and parasols.
The Cotcliffe Way restaurant is Miller and Carter's first on Teesside, having already opened locations in Newcastle, Sunderland, and York.
It will be open from 12pm - 11pm every day, serving 30 day and 50-day aged steaks, ribs, sea bass fillet, and steakhouse burgers.

It will also have a fixed-price lunch menu available from Monday to Friday between 12pm and 5pm and on Saturdays from 12pm until 3pm, with the À La Carte Menu available all day every day.
Construction works have been ongoing at the site for several months, with the latest pictures from Pete Spaldin at PremiumP UAV providing a finished look of the building, located just off the A172.
Last week, the restaurant said: “The final touches are happening, aces are in places, we’re just waiting for the moment our beautiful guests can walk through the doors.”
