It is set to be another sunny day in Darlington and across the North East today as the Met Office predicts blue skies once again.
Higher temperatures are here to stay today (September 17) according to forecasters who say Darlington will benefit from temperatures reaching nearly 20C.
By 11pm this evening, temperatures will drop to a low of 11C.
Light wind is also forecast throughout the day but will only reach a high of 12mph, with the sun due to set at 7:16pm.
Following this spout of sunny weather to start the week the forecaster has also stated that “cloudy conditions” will persist from Thursday onwards.

The forecaster predicts: “Early mist and fog patches will clear through the morning, to leave another fine day with plenty of sunshine.
“Feeling a touch warmer than on Monday, Light winds. Maximum temperature 21 °C.”
