A Teesside pub has been reduced in price to £30,000 as it remains on the market.
Rafferty's Bar, on Baker Street, Middlesbrough, was originally listed for £50,000.
The estate agent, Parker Barras, said the bar is in a "highly sought-after location", since the street often hosts pop-up markets organised by the council, benefiting the bar with takings of up to £7,500 on these days.
The bar operates from Tuesday to Saturday, comfortably accommodating 60 patrons across its two floors.

It also has seven on-street benches, proving popular in the summer months.
The property is currently let on a lease of £1,000 per month, with just under four years remaining. Weekly takings for the pub average at £3,400.
Parker Barras reports that the current staff are likely to remain in place as the business changes hands.
All fixtures and fittings are included in the sale, with the sound system available on a lease of £25 per week.
