North East house hunters can learn how to secure one of the last remaining homes on a 'prestigious' County Durham development.
Only eight properties remain unsold in the second and final phase of the Lambton Park estate in Chester-le-Street.
On September 28 and 29, Miller Homes will hold an information event, detailing the incentives and initiatives available for prospective buyers.
Lauren Angus, sales director at Miller Homes North East, said: "With so few remaining, demand will be high and we will have a full team in place to guide buyers through their options."
The homes boast traditional features including multi-paned sash and bay windows, elaborate wood detailing on porches, and a combination of grey bricks and red terracotta roof tiles.

Owners will also have access to private areas of Lambton Estate, featuring 11.5km of footpaths through woodland surrounding the Grade II listed Lambton Castle.
Miller Homes has a partnership with Own New to help people who may be interested in buying a house but who are concerned about the cost of their monthly mortgage repayments.
During the weekend event, Miller Homes staff will be on hand to answer questions and guide potential buyers through the house styles, specification, and the exclusive offers available to them on their current release of homes.
An independent financial advisor will also be available to help with any queries or concerns regarding affordability and the home buying process.
The information event will take place at the development between 10.30am and 5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday, September 28-29.
