Work has begun on a £38m home development in the North East which is set to build over one hundred properties.
Spades are now in the ground for The Avenue off St David's Way in Acklam, Middlesbrough which will result in a total of 139 homes.
A mixture of two, three and four bed homes in a range of 12 different varieties are up for grabs as they go on sale in November.
The first show home will then be available to see in May of next year, with residents to move in shortly after.
Avant Homes North East land director, Martin Mowbray, said: “The Avenue is an excellent example of us delivering on our commitment to provide quality new homes for everyone in locations people want to live.
