A 16-year-old boy has been charged with 'arson with intent to endanger life' in connection with an alleged incident in Hartlepool.
The boy, who can't be named for legal reasons, will appear in court after the reported incident on Oban Avenue, Hartlepool, on Tuesday (August 13).
He is charged with arson with intent to endanger life, section 18 assault, affray and possession of an offensive weapon.
The boy is due to appear at Teesside Magistrates Court today (August 15).
