Many gathered to pay their respects to a teen who died following a motorcycle crash on a County Durham road last month.
Mourners made their way from Williamfield Way in Newton Aycliffe to Wear Valley Crematorium in Coundon on Wednesday (August 7) to honour the memory of Wayne Hodgson, 18.
The teenager lost his life in a motorcycle accident on Middridge Road, near Rushyford roundabout, on July 5.
A funeral cortege led by motorcycles and quad bikes, followed by a convoy of cars and trucks carting floral displays, made its way from the A689 to the funeral home just off Tees Walk.
Floral tributes could be seen on the back of trucks and through the windows of the hearse.
Many gathered outside the crematorium as the coffin was taken from the hearse into the building for the ceremony.
Attendees could be seen wearing t-shirts paying tribute to Wayne.

In a tribute to Wayne Hodgson last month, his family said he was a beloved nephew, brother and uncle.
They said: “Wayne, you have left a massive hole in our hearts and lives.
“You are going to be missed forever and a day. We love you always, our baby Wayne”.
