A comedy club in County Durham is set to host a series of preview shows ahead of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Established in 2010, Barnard Castle's 'Funny Way To Be', has played host to previews for the festival over the years.
Several TV comedians are set to test their new material over four evenings in July.
This will feature an ensemble of some of the UK's top comedians, including Craig Hill, Connor Burns, and Kai Humphries.
Peter Dixon of Funny Way To Be, said: "This time of year is always great fun with lots of chances for the people of Teesdale and beyond to see some of the best new comedy material being developed at cut-down prices ahead of the shows being premiered at The Edinburgh Festival."
On July 23, the club's crowd-pleaser, Steve Bugeja, will take the stage.
