The Greggs brands seems to be growing stronger and stronger, as the North East looks for breakfasts and lunches that do the job and save a few pence.

Just a couple of weeks ago, The Echo reported on plans for a Greggs drive-thru at a former  petrol filling station on Delves Lane in Consett, so there is no sign they will be slowing up anytime soon.

Stockton: Shop Supervisor

£11.41 per hour

Join as a Supervisor, and you’ll be part of a team that loves putting customers first in all that they do.  This means a passion for delivering fast and friendly service, pride in preparing much-loved products and making sure the shop looks great!

 

Middlesbrough: Shop Supervisor

£11.41 per hour

Supervisors are the heart of the  retail operations. Working closely with the Manager and the Shop Team, Supervisors make sure customers have a great visit every time they come into a Greggs shop, and are  responsible for managing the shop when the Shop Manager isn’t around.

 

Barnard Castle: Team Member

£10.60 per hour (if you are under 18 this will be £9.00 per hour)

Team Members get involved with everything: serving customers from the till, managing the ovens, making fresh sandwiches, stocking the shelves, preparing orders for delivery or click & collect, and ensuring that the shop looks clean, tidy, and presentable for customers. 

Durham: Shop Supervisor

£11.41 per hour

Greggs are looking for Supervisors to have had some team supervisory experience in a similar customer focused retail environment.  You’ll be focused on delivering excellent standards and great products all whilst keeping an eye on your targets. 

 

Longbenton: Site Services Team Leader

£11.81 per hour plus various premium payments

As a Site Services Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of manufacturing and distribution operations. You’ll manage a great team and motivate them to make sure the day-to-day site hygiene operations, including traywash, run smoothly and to schedule.

Newcastle: Senior Mobile Developer

Mobile Developer needed to support Greggs in delivering an exciting suite of innovative, greenfield products that will ensure that both digital and physical in-store experiences including in-store kiosk ordering, click and collect, new till software, order fulfilment apple and customer loyalty apps work seamlessly for customers and colleagues.

Coulby Newham: Senior Team Member

£10.86 per hour

Assisting with the management of their shop at key times of the day.  They take responsibility of the shop for a few hours a day, either at opening or closing time, handing over to or from shop management.  

 

Longbenton: Facilities Engineer

Circa £30,069

The food manufacturing/production sites use automated and semi-automated lines to produce great products as efficiently as possible. The role will involve engaging with the site teams in line with policies and procedures.

 

Newcastle: Digital User Researcher

Up to £30,000 per annum

This critical new role will help Greggs understand how they can improve  digital and physical in-store experiences, and ensure a variety of types of quantitively and qualitative data to improve areas such as Rewards, Click and Collect and Gifting.

 

Coulby Newham: Shop Supervisor

£11.41 per hour

As well as some of the more practical tasks such as serving customers, food prep and keeping the shop clean; you’ll also keep your team engaged and motivated to deliver the fast and friendly service Greggs is famous for.
