An award-winning show featuring tall tales and silly hats will be pefromed in the North East this week.

The Extraordinary Time-Travelling Adventures of Baron Munchausen will be returning to the Durham Fringe festival from Thursday.

The show has been described as Jackanory meets Whose Line Is It Anyway - performed live.

Comedians and improvisors are challenged to invent their own increasingly ridiculously tall tales using nothing but their wits, silly hats and the suggestions of an audience of laughing children.
