AMONG the highlights of Durham Business School's recent Big Weekend alumni reunion and business conference was a gala black tie dinner dance.
Held in the Great Hall of Durham Castle, guests at the event included business and professional representatives.
After a drinks reception and during dinner, those attending were given a welcome from the newly appointed dean of the school, Rob Dixon.
The weekend began with an entrepreneurs' fair and activities included workshops led by successful entrepreneurs and leading academics.
Delegates were also given the chance to meet venture capitalists and angel investors.
The dinner dance gave everyone an opportunity to meet up and the Big Weekend came to an end with a farewell brunch on the following day.
