Harrogate Magistrates' Court
NOT wearing a seat belt while driving has cost a Stainforth man £190 after he admitted the offence at Harrogate Magistrates' Court.
Stephen Raine, 62, of Garth Nook Farm, was driving a Nissan pick-up on the B6479 at Langcliffe on August 27 last year when the offence occurred.
He was fined £66 and ordered to pay a surcharge of £34 and costs of £90.
A separate charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver was withdrawn.
