A woman has been charged after a video circulated on social media of two people apparently having sex in a city centre.
Kelly Cousins, 35, of Merton Street, Bootle, has been questioned by police and charged with outraging public decency in Concert Square, Liverpool.
The woman, originally from Yorkshire, has been bailed with conditions not to enter Liverpool city centre.
Cousins will appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court on Tuesday, September 20, at 1.45pm.
Merseyside Police have identified the man in the video and are making efforts to arrest him.
