Body found in search for missing 38-year-old Teesside man

38-year-old Teessider Ross Gallagher had been reported missing yesterday morning (Tuesday, August 2).

Ross’ family have been informed and police have said their thoughts remain with them at this extremely difficult time.

Officers from Cleveland Police were searching for Ross yesterday and were growing concerned for his welfare and had been appealing to the public for information that would lead to his safe return.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the Coroner to discover the cause of death.
