The young boy's death left residents in Guisborough in a state of shock and a week later around 100 people including family members and friends gathered with flowers, balloons, candles, and cuddly toys to remember two-year-old.
Hodgson, of Upper Garth Gardens, Guisborough, will be sentenced on July 15 at Teesside Crown Court.
