A MAN is in hospital with injuries to his knee and ankle following a car crash in Middlesbrough.
Police are now appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage of the incident.
The crash involved a black Ford Focus and a black motorbike, and took place around 3:50pm on Thursday, May 19, on Cargo Fleet Lane opposite the junction with Marshall Avenue.
A 35-year-old man, a passenger on the motorbike, suffered a possible broken knee and ankle and was taken to James Cook University Hospital for treatment.

Both vehicles made off from the scene, leaving the injured passenger behind.
Any witnesses or anyone who may have dash cam footage of the collision is asked to contact PC Jonathan Ryan on 101, quoting incident number 084839.
