A woman from Newcastle featured on Channel 4’s Location Location Location on Wednesday evening (May 18) as she searched for a property.
Charlotte was first looking for a property in the North Shields area of North Tyneside and then she looked Gosforth area of Newcastle Upon Tyne.
The programme aims to find the perfect homes for members of the public who yet to find what they’re looking for.
Charlotte decided that property number three was the one for her.

She was successful in securing the house in Newcastle and was "excited" after the call that confirmed it was hers.
Now it's time for Charlotte to add her own touch to the house that she'll share with her cat that originally lived with her parents.
The show is presented by Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp who both team up with different people who are seeking for the right home.
A couple, Lauren and Noel, were also on the hunt for their ideal home and they were looking at properties in Morpeth, Northumberland.
In tonight’s episode, Kirstie was helping Charlotte search while Phil helped Lauren and Noel.
Location Location Location returns next week on Wednesday, May 25 at 8 pm on Channel 4.
