The 23-year-old pleaded guilty to two counts of threating to damage or destroy property.

He was also convicted of committing an offence while under a community order.

The original order was imposed on February 11 this year under the Malicious Communications Act after Peacock sent an offensive facebook message to a woman between February 24 and 28, 2021.

Magistrates sentenced Peacock to a new community order with a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement that must be completed by May 12 next year.

Peacock, of Tenth Street, Horden, Peterlee, was also ordered to pay a total of £180 in court costs and charges.
