DOUBLE Brit award-winner Sam Fender is set to come to Newcastle and Scarborough as part of his biggest ever UK tour.

His new album “Seventeen Going Under” followed his 2019 debut album “Hypersonic Missiles” to the top of the UK charts.

Sam is set to play a headline show at Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Friday May 27 as well as two homecoming shows in Newcastle on Wednesday, April 5 and April 6. 

Tickets for the 8,000 capacity show in Scarborough are set to go on sale at 9am on Friday March 11 via Ticketmaster.

Fans have been encouraged to act fast, tickets for all of Sam’s 2022 UK tour arena dates, including Newcastle and Wembley Arena, sold out as soon as they went on sale.

Last month, Sam received the 2022 Brit Award for the Best British Alternative/Rock act, to add to his 2019 Critic’s Choice Award.
