A BURGLARY in Guisborough has led to Cleveland Police launching an appeal for witnesses.

The incident occurred overnight between 11.30pm on Wednesday February 16 and 4am on Thursday February 17 when males entered a property on Asford Close in Guisborough, and stole the victim’s car keys and made off in two sperate vehicles.

A blue Volkswagen Golf R registration WV15 XOO and a dark grey Volkswagen T-Roc registration NA18 VCW have been reported as stolen.

Anyone with information or private CCTV footage regarding the incident, or anyone who may have seen the vehicles is asked to contact Cleveland Police on 101 quoting 027454.
