A NORTH Yorkshire property described as “spacious” by estate agents has gone on the market for £58,000 – let’s take a look inside.
Last week we looked at a tiny grade II home in North Yorkshire on the market for £225,000 that estate agents said was “steeped in history.”

This week we’re looking at a “no chain” and “spacious” two bedroom terrace home on Railway Terrace, Brotton, Saltburn-by-the-Sea.
According to estate agents, the property boasts good sized accommodation with a gas central heating system and double glazing.
The house consists of an entrance lobby, sitting room, dining area, modern kitchen with oven and hob, utility room, bathroom with shower and two double bedrooms on the first floor.
The kitchen is fitted with wall and base units with working surfaces above, electric hob with an extractor hood, electric oven and a single drainer sink unit.
Consisting of a panelled bath, the bathroom also sports a bath and shower mix, a pedestal was hand basin and frosted double glazed window with a radiator.
