A MAN was banned from the roads after being found guilty for driving his Nissan Qashqai on the A19 while almost twice the alcohol limit.
Jonathan Stubbs, from Guisborough, appeared at Teesside Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
He was charged with driving a vehicle when his alcohol level was above the limit and had been found with 149 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

The legal limit is 80 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
The 47-year-old had denied the offence, which happened on October 9, 2020, but was found guilty on December 10.
Stubbs, of Aldenham Road, was fined £375 and told to pay £37 towards victim services, as well as costs of £1,620
He was also banned from driving for 20 months.
