Camp Bestival Shropshire has announced the host of its fancy dress competition and campers will not be disappointed..
This year, BBC Radio Two DJ Sara Cox will be hosting and judging the annual fancy dress event on Saturday August 20.
Campers are encouraged to get their glad rags on and bring their best fancy dress outfits to the famous festival.
The festival, coming to Weston Park in August 2022, is the sister event to the popular Camp Bestival which is held in Dorset in July.
It will be held from August 18 - August 21 2022 and has won the title of the UK Festival Awards Best Family Festival six times.
Sara Cox said: “Hi de hi campers!! I'm super excited to be heading to (and playing at) the first ever Camp Bestival Shropshire at Weston Park next year, and even more excited to have been asked to judge the legendary 'Fancy Dress Saturday' competition.
"I love a bit of fancy dress, and I'm a big fan of Camp Bestival, so I can’t wait to see what you’ll all be wearing.
"I’ll be looking for the most original and inspiring costumes, the bigger and brighter the better, so get planning your family's outfits asap!”
Tickets for Camp Bestival Shropshire went on sale on November 5 via Ticketmaster.
