TRAFFIC was temporarily disrupted on a Darlington road on Monday morning. 

Police were called to a two-vehicle collision on the A67, near Morton Park, at around 10.10am. 

A red Ford Focus and a grey Vauxhall Astra were involved in the collision but nobody is believed to have suffered any injuries. 

Traffic in the area is now back to normal. 

A spokeswoman for Durham Constabulary said: "Police were called at 10.12am today to a two-vehicle collision on the A67 near Morton Park, Darlington involving a red Ford Focus and a grey Vauxhall Astra.

"Nobody is believed to have suffered any injuries as a result of the collision."
