NO arrests have been made to date in relation to an ongoing investigation into an alleged caravan fraud in Darlington.
Darlington Police revealed in July it was looking into a potential fraud involving the hire of a caravan in the town.
Officers received a number of reports during the summer.
At the time, one alleged victim said she had paid a deposit for a holiday in Whitby before discovering that the caravan did not exist.
A spokeswoman for Durham Police confirmed this week that the investigation is still ongoing.
No arrests have been made in the case, she added.
