POLICE are appealing for information after an attempted aggravated burglary in Redcar.
At around 7.30pm last night (Thursday) four males attempted to force their way into an address on Westbourne Grove.
It was reported they were all wearing balaclavas and were armed with bladed weapons.
The occupants kept them out of the address and the men left in a red Ford Fiesta.
No one was injured during the incident and nothing was taken from the address.
Anyone with information, CCTV or dash cam footage which could help is asked to contact Redcar & Cleveland CID via the 101 number, quoting Ref 161706.
